Based on feedback from the membership last October at the Joint SFA/SGA Conference in Savannah, the Bylaws Committee has revised the previously Proposed Bylaws Changes from 2016 and submitted a revised Final Draft of the Proposal Bylaws to the SFA Executive Board for approval.
As the Board has now approved these revisions, we would like to share them with the membership in advance of the upcoming SFA Annual Meeting (May 10-12). A discussion about these revisions will take place at the Annual Business Meeting, and after the Annual Meeting has concluded a vote on the Bylaw Revisions will take place via email to maximize member participation. In addition to providing the Revised Final Draft of the Proposed Bylaws here, we also provide a convenient summary document to help explain the the changes and process more concisely to members.
